All residential shots are priced according to approximate square-footage. Prices include up to 40 images (Let us know if you'll need more), editing, cropping, distortion/color correction, and our Blue Sky Guarantee that ensures all exterior photos to show off their brightest summer colors no matter what the season may be. (All session packages include trip charge. Prices include $75 refundable security deposit)

Don't let the birds be the only ones that can appreciate a fantastic aerial view of your property. We show aerial views of your property from as high as 390 feet to define its boundaries, add to its splendor, and show the adjacency of its surroundings. (Session depends on rain and excessive wind. All session packages include trip charge. Prices include $75 refundable security deposit)

3D Tours and Floor Plans
Every 3D Virtual Tour package INCLUDES the home's floor plans. Pricing is based on total square footage and number of floors. (All session packages include trip charge. Prices include $75 refundable security deposit)

Portraits / engagements
We'll capture up to 75 photos of your graduate at any location of your choice, then provide you with the images both through our secure online server and/or DVD and thumb-drive. (prints are available at additional cost)

Price includes a refundable $80 security deposit due at time of booking. If inclement weather prevails, your appoint will be rescheduled at no additional cost. Cancellations must be made at least three days before your appointment for deposit refund.
PHOTO PACKAGES:
1. 30 minutes at one location, one outfit, 15 edited images $175

ALL packages include consultation, photographer mileage within service region, and all edited images delivered on DVD or thumb-drive as well as stored in a private online gallery for up to 60 days.

EVENTS
